Are you starting to have #nsale fatigue yet? Sooooo many good deals, so many color options, so many booties. Well WAKE UP sister, because the sale is public TODAY! Be sure to scoop up these finds before they’re gone. Here are my favorite under $100:
I tried on this pair of jeans in stores (see here), and practically wore them out of the store. They’re the perfect weight and length, and the raw hem detail is spot on. They also come in white, yahtzee!
These leather leggings have been on my list for over a year. I have the regular cotton version and they have an amazing fit (read: thick waistband). Last year, they were completely sold out everywhere. This year, they were the first thing in my basket.
I love the lace-up neckline detail on this dress – it’s the amount of roomy and structure to throw on and look polished but comfy. I also love this printed dress. How cute would that be with a leather jacket and over the knee boots?! Lastly, this cold shoulder dress is made out of the perfect material. Slingy, substantial and has such a flattering fit!
The way this top fits is so flattering, and easy with a pair of denim (bonus – you can wear it now!). I’m way into the basic pieces with a twist this year, like this top and this sassy long sleeve with the mesh detail. Also, can you tell I have a thing for neutrals? I’ve bought this tee in every color this year – it’s by far my favorite t-shirt (why are they so hard to find sometimes!?), and at $16 you can’t beat the quality. Lastly, if you’re looking the perfect slouchy plaid, look no further!
I have a habit of doing the half tuck most of the time with my sweaters, and I love the way this one has the look built in! Also comes in 3 wear-with-anything colors. If you’re in the market for a cashmere turtleneck, this one is your ticket (it also comes in a beauuuuutiful light blue, which I might have to buy as well). It’s SO cozy and the neck is roomy – I have an issue with tight turtlenecks. This slouchy number is also the perfect throw-on-and-go sweater for those chilly days you just want to stay in bed.
I admit, I have a tennis shoe addiction. I love throwing on a dress and tennis during any season, and when I saw these in the store I knew they had to be mine (I’ve already worn them a dozen times). I also bought these shorties, after reviewing my boot inventory from last winter and recognizing a serious need for easy, throw on flat booties. These lace up flats were another no-brainer, since I’ve worn my old pair into the ground. I love this merlot color for fall! While I’m not usually one to favor the open-toe bootie look, it is a practical shoe for our unseasonably warm falls here in Texas – they’re so flattering on and not to mention COMFY. Lastly, I bought these over-the-knee boots. I practically squealed when I found them, since I’ve been swooning over the Stewart Weitzman version for quite some time.
I’m all about crossbody bags these days (I need both hands for Jack!), and I just love the color of this one! Also, will blanket scarves and big sunnies ever go out of style? I love the round shape of these sunnies, and the color of this scarf! Throw on with every outfit!
What is it?
An annual sale that discounts brand new fall merchandise at a serious discount for a limited time. Prices will go back up August 8th.
Why do I care?
Unless you’re into paying full price and not into discounts, you’ll want to check this sale out. If you’re a Nordstrom cardholder, you get early access to the sale (as in over a week early) July 14th – 22nd. This is important, since things historically sell out before public access. Buy the card.
Let’s face it – there’s a reason why bloggers have no chill when it comes to this topic. It’s because it is the real deal. Let’s just look at the economics (Nick loves this part): new fall clothes + seriously discounted prices = put those bad boys in the back of your closet volia, Christmas in October when you need to bust out that firrrrrst jacket of the season.
Does buying a winter coat right now make you want to vomit? Yes. Do you feel savvy AF when you throw on said coat as it’s snowing, and remembering you bought it 50% off? Yes. Yes you do.
NOW that we have that out of the way, I have some good news for you. I’ve done your dirty work and scavenged through all the new merchandise (and let me tell you, it’s a zoo out there) to find the best items from the sale -you can find them in my shopping page here. And because I know you’re into the bottom line, here are the top twelve things you need from the #nsale. These things are already selling out in stores!!
More to come this week!
Most comfortable shirt of all time (with tassels to spare) + my favorite jeans + easy espadrilles = throw on for brunch and pass the rose
Bonus: top + jeans are under $100!
